Introducing Alex Miller, the owner of Alexander’s Premier Banquet Facility. Previously, Alex was the General Manager of the Roostertail earning recognition as Caterer of the Year 2006 by NACE. As General Manager he specialized in event planning where their Fairytale Wedding was featured on the national television show “Home Delivery” and “Nightclub and Bar Magazine” also voted them “One of the Top 100 Nightclubs in the Country.” With over 25 years experience Alex will make your special day a cherished and unforgettable event.

At Alexander’s customer service is our top priority. We offer your guests an array of gourmet delicacies unique to Alexander’s professional training and creativity. Whether it is dinner served formally, food stations or buffet style it is our mission to ensure your event is a complete success.

Wedding receptions planned and executed by our catering professionals and coordinators with all inclusive packages starting at $44.95 per person and include complete dinner, beverage/bar service with tax and gratuity also included. Of course, upgrades can be made to any or all items as requested. Valet Parking, Specialized Hors D’oeurves, Midnight Snacks, Deluxe Sweet Table and a Champagne Toast are offered at an additional fee.
